It's clearly evident from when they banned chaos because people were pretty set with what ever they had. Even more more evidance was the fact they restricted gold sarcophagus to two about the time it was released in gold series two. Now people will buy more gold series 2. You can bet your self that I'd everyone started playing decks around skull servent the one that came out in lob they would most likely ban it.
